As our beautiful community continues to grow, so is our vision for Heal Play Love and we’re so excited for our next 1 Day Festival edition on February 11th at the amazing Kraftwerk in Zurich!
Our intention is to create a space for conscious exploration where music and dance as our medicine inspire us to play, express and reconnect to ourselves, one another and our planet. We are curating a program with incredible artists, healers and teachers for you to experience moments of deep meaning, presence, and heart-felt joy. Let’s Heal Play Love!
Doors open at 13:00 - come early and explore everything we have to offer! Our opening ceremony will start at 13:45 and we will close the main stage off until 15:00 to maintain sacred space and make sure the experience is free of any distractions.

OPENING CEREMONY
LIGHT MOVEMENT, BREATH, MEDITATION & CONCERT

Our opening ceremony is an important part of our festivals. It’s a beautiful opportunity to take a moment to connect to yourself and to one another. A moment to raise the frequency of your vibration and spread that into the space; setting the tone for the rest of the day and evening.
Co-founder of Heal Play Love and heal practitioner, Nour Elise will be guiding you through a beautiful journey of light movement, breath, meditation and music. Included in this is our heart opening ritual, getting you open and ready to receive Elena and Onomeya’s beautiful sounds. Elena is a Zurich-based composer and meditation teacher. Endlessly mesmerized by the creative journeys into her emotional landscapes, she uses piano and strings to express the inexpressible. Elena will be bringing the intoxicating sound of her music to the Heal Play Love opening ceremony. Prepare to be wrapped in a cocoon of sound and let it transport you to the depths of your own inner realms. This performance will also feature a live cello played by Onomeya, a professional cellist that uses sound for healing purposes. Based in Basel, Onomeya creates different sound experiences where he combines the knowledge and technique of his life-long dedication to classical-music with his daily spiritual practices, offering regular sound sessions that include cello, singing bowls, electronics and chanting.
WORKSHOPS
TANTRIC SECRETS TO INTIMACY & FLOW STATES with Alice Hong

Whether you are a yogi, meditator, psychonaut, or dance floor hedonist, we all have one thing in common - the search for flow states and how to access them. Come join us for an experiential workshop to learn tantric tools to enter into flow states with yourself and others. Leave with new connections with your Heal Play Love community and take this ecstacy into the rest of your night!

CONSCIOUS DANCE with Tara Sinniger
Main Stage 16:00-17:00
Together we’ll immerse into the music and move intuitively, connect to ourselves and each other and let our hearts and souls dance. Tara is a certified movement facilitator based in Zurich. Her somatic movement practice focuses on your internal experience of movement and dance rather than the external appearance. She guides people to intuitive movement and provides a space where they can fully immerse into music and allow their body to express itself. The goal is to get out of your mind, release pent up emotions, energize and connect fully with your body and with others around you.
THE SACRED ART OF CONSCIOUS TOUCH with Lisi Soraya

Conscious Touch is a wonderful way to create intimacy and to nourish and relax the body. Explore different ways of touch and discover the pleasure and vulnerability of touching and being touched. Touch reveals our essence and guides us into intimate spaces that make it possible to reclaim our bodies. Understand the role of movement and breath for touch. Discover moving your sexual energy with breath through your body. No nakedness and no genitals touch. Come with a partner, or alone and be paired with someone.

MAGNETIC FLOW: A PROCESS OF RELEASE with Melinda Cange

During the MAGNETIC FLOW, you’ll be intentionally guided through a variety of emotions to raise and shift your frequency. It’s a mixture of fluid movement, visualization, breath work, affirmation, body tapping, gratitude prayer and meditation. If you’re ready to go deep and get vulnerable, this intimate experience is for you: Cut out negative thoughts and transcend your overwhelm! Vibrate higher and align with a happier version of Self.

THE PSYCHO-SOMATIC BREATH
with Ani Mahina

In her workshop, Ani explains and lets you experience the resolution of some tension you might experience in life through the repatterning of your psyche and subconscious by using the power of your breath. In Polyvagal Theory, it is said that the breath is not only the mirror of your unconscious state of being but also the gateway into your internal state. The goal is to make you understand what is really going on inside you, how it affects your perception and reality, and how everything is interrelated.
ACTIVATING THE SELF HEALING PROCESS OF DIVINE RESONANCE with MaryNova
Heal Floor 19:00-20:00
Vocal alchemist, sound healer and sacred sexuality priestess, MaryNova will split this workshops in 3 parts:
1. Preparing you to receive the frequency to facilitate the opening of the heart and to feel oneself. Basically coming back home (on mind body and soul level, that the activation can take place in the best possible way). Coming into the state of receivership.
2. Activation through the sound journey (resonance through the voice and crystal frequencies).
3. Space for sharing and reflection.

Although alcohol is being served at the event's venue, it is not advised to drink alcohol prior and during the opening ceremony & workshops. A variety of other drinks such as cacao, teas, juices and smoothies will be offered for you to choose from.
