From Sunday’s Opening Ceremony, where we’ll set our collective intentions, to the final moments of our New Year’s celebration, this journey will be filled with uplifting live music, inspiring talks, and powerful workshops designed to help you reflect, release, and envision what’s next.

Start each day with embodiment sessions that awaken your senses, whether it’s a sound journey, yoga, or breathwork. Feel the thrill of an ice bath led by a Wim Hof-certified instructor or relax in the purifying warmth of a sauna ceremony that transforms more than just your body. IMPORTANT

We may limit entrance for some of the workshops if they get too full, so make sure you show up early for those you don’t want to miss! Please also note that we will close off the workshop space after a session starts to avoid disruption.

Although alcohol is being served at the event's venue, please refrain from drinking during the talks & workshops. A variety of other non-alcoholic drinks will be offered for you to choose from.

Unless told explicitly otherwise to the photographer/videographer or organizers, Heal Play Love reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Heal Play Love event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

FAQs

Your ticket covers access to most sessions and workshops, excluding a few intimate sessions, such as ice baths, sauna ceremonies, and any 1:1 sessions, which will require an additional booking. The cacao for our opening day on the 29th is included in your ticket, but there will be a small fee for the second cacao ceremony to help cover cacao costs and manage attendance. Please note, food and accommodation are not included in the ticket price.
The festival begins on Sunday, December 29, at 14:00 (with doors opening at 13:00) and concludes on Wednesday, January 1, at 4:00 am.
Yes, while we encourage the full festival experience, we offer flexible ticket options for single-day or evening attendance.
Opening day is slightly shorter, featuring an opening ceremony, a cacao ceremony, and a breathwork session, followed by a live concert. After a break for dinner (not included in the ticket), there will be another concert. The following two days begin at 9:00 am and are filled with a variety of embodiment sessions, workshops, and music. HERE is an example of last year’s program on the 31st.
Most sessions are open, but a few, including ice baths, sauna ceremonies, and any cacao ceremony outside the opening day, will require pre-booking.
Yes, alcohol will be served starting at dinner on opening day and after 17:00 on the following two days. While we encourage mindful consumption, there will also be an excellent selection of non-alcoholic options available.
Yes, children are welcome as long as they don’t disrupt sessions or workshops. Parents of young children should be mindful, as we may need to ask you to step out if there are disruptions. Also, the bar opens at 17:00; while our community tends to drink mindfully or not at all, please consider if this environment is suitable for your child.
Yes, all workshops and sessions will be conducted in English.
Staying onsite isn’t required, though the hotel offers convenience with the full festival program running daily.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to come and go as you please.
To reserve for the New Year’s family dinner, you’ll need to book in advance by e-mailing mkampmann@25hours-hotels.com, as seating is limited. The dinner is buffet-style with open seating, and tickets are CHF 89 per person. The price includes a glass of prosecco, coffee, water, and dessert. The dinner will take place from 8:00 to 10:00 pm.
Yes, on the 31st there will be additional food options available from the grill. You will also be able to go outside of the venue to grab some food.
