We’re delighted to be running a 2 day urban retreat with the intention to let go of the old while also setting our intentions and celebrating the new year. Join us for this immersive and transformational journey amongst like-minded individuals in a safe, judgment free space. Inspired by nature’s elements, these two days will be filled with carefully curated sessions and experiences designed to bring about profound healing, connection, insights and transformation. Earth, water, fire, air and ether are the building blocks of human life. We have all of these within us, and when we can understand the qualities of each element and recognize them in our body, actions, thoughts and emotions, we can flow through life with more ease. 

This urban retreat is open to everyone regardless of your level of experience. We hope you’ll join us for a wonderful weekend together!

Nour Elise

Co- founder of Heal Play Love, Nour Elise is a holistic coach and mentor as well as an international breathwork, yoga and meditation facilitator with a unique style - merging her love for these practices with her passion for music. She helps people shed layers of conditioning, pain and trauma to remember who they truly are and create space for the life they want and deserve. She has a strong ability to create a safe space for people to be vulnerable and experience powerful shifts while learning to drop into their bodies and balance masculine and feminine energy dynamics within themselves for more flow in their lives. She is also especially skilled at curating music and creating transformational experiences that strongly resonate for many.

Jade Rolt

Our special guest for this urban retreat is coming to us all the way from Barcelona! DJ and sound practitioner, Jade started her journey through vibration instruments with the handpan, or mini UFO (as she calls it) in 2018. In 2021 she received the international certificate of the Spanish institute of Sound Therapy (IES). She combines overtone singing, gong and ancestral singing bowls, and her sound therapies are a direct journey of recalibrating your inner waters. In addition to her sound baths, she is known for the energy she spreads during her DJ sets and her live performance which includes her beloved instrument; the handpan, with which she will spread her magic.

IMPORTANT

  • Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat and anything you need to get as comfortable as your can (e.g. pillow, blanket). Please also bring a notebook, pen and water bottle.

  • Have breakfast before joining us as we will only break for lunch at 13:00. You have the option to bring food and snacks with you for lunch or eat out in the neighborhood.

  • Arrive at least 5-10 min early so we can start on time.

 FAQs

  • This retreat is open to everyone regardless of your level of experience. The only requirements are to come in with an open mind and free of any judgments.

  • * Breathwork contraindications include: epilepsy, pregnancy, high blood pressure not controlled with meditation, acute heart conditions, detached retina, glaucoma, asthma, strokes, seizures or other neurological condition or disease, severe anxiety, panic attacks or PTSD, serious psychological conditions such as bipolar or schizophrenia, recent surgery, wounds, broken bones still healing. If in doubt please reach out to nourelise@healplaylove.ch.

  • Make sure you dress comfortably and bring layers with you.

    Please also bring with you:

    Optional but recommended:

    ✦ On Saturday you might want a change of clothes in case we sweat a little during movement sessions

  • Please arrive at least 5-10min before 10:00 so that we can start on time.

    The program officially ends at 18:00 on both Saturday and Sunday. The last session will finish at around 17:00 and the last hour will be for sharing, connecting and closing off the space. We may officially end before 18:00 but all are welcome to stay on the premises until then.

  • We won’t have any food on site, so please have breakfast before joining us as we will only break for lunch at 13:00. You have the option to bring food and snacks with you for lunch or eat out in the neighborhood.

    We will have delicious ayurvedic teas and cacao on sale. Please make sure you bring a water bottle that you can refill.
